The Academic Cooperation Association

The Academic Cooperation Association (ACA) is a European umbrella association of national member organisations from Europe and beyond, which support the European and global higher education cooperation and higher education policy. ACA is particularly dedicated to furthering innovation and internationalisation in higher education. It pursues this aim by a wide range of activities, among them studies, evaluations and publications, international conferences and seminars, networking between its members and with important government and civil society organisations, as well as advocacy.


CampusFrance is a French non-profit national Agency serving the public interest and acting under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Ministry of Immigration, Integration, National Identity and Co-development. CampusFrance currently has 227 member institutions including most French universities and Grandes Ecoles. The Agency also has a network of 113 overseas offices and 14 annexes in 88 countries.

CHE Consult

CHE Consult is a private research, further education and consulting institution with 17 staff members. CHE Consult works on areas such as HE funding, quality assurance, benchmarking, budgeting, marketing, and internationalisation.  CHE Consult has a broad experience in conducting international comparative studies to develop new ideas and concepts. It also works closely with individual HEIs and government institutions at national and international level to implement and further develop these concepts, exploring options for future development.


Nuffic is the Netherlands organization for international cooperation in higher education. An independent, non-profit organization based in The Hague, the Netherlands, Nuffic supports internationalization in higher education, research and professional education in the Netherlands and abroad, and helps improve access to higher education worldwide.

Perspektywy Education Foundation

Perspektywy Education Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization promoting and supporting education. It plays an important role promoting quality of education in Poland. It organizes public debates seminars and information campaigns on education. Annually Perspektywy prepares and publishes national ranking of universities, and ranking of best secondary schools in the country. Perspektywy collaborates closely with the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland running a multi-year program Study in Poland promoting Polish higher education institutions abroad and supporting internationalization of Polish universities.


SIU is an administrative agency under the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research. SIU’s mission is to promote and facilitate cooperation and mobility in higher education. SIU is Norway’s official agency for international mobility programmes, such as LLP, and coordinates national measures in the field of internationalisation. In addition SIU is responsible for promoting Norway as an education and research destination, and provide information and advisory services within the field of internationalisation in education.
